Their guy came and said he will install all the new parts, bonnet, lights and both sides He gave an estimate of between 35k to 40k and promised to repair the car in 8-9 days. When I called after 9 days, the owner said that the artisan is missing and we are searching for him ourselves. Then after 22 days they got my car ready and in the estimated amount they had said that the lights of Baleno are expensive so I bought it myself, apart from that it would cost up to 1 Lakh but at the time of billing they gave me a bill of 2.85 Lakh and I personally purchase lights of 20k and they put some marks on glass of lights and they told me while installation it happens. I told him that I have paid the bill for all the parts I had installed. You give me the bill from where you got them. I will pay but the owner refused saying that we cannot share it. I checked from next and the price was very less. When the company is not selling such expensive parts then from where are you getting it and when I read the name of the company on the gate, it was a local company and they said that they have painted it but will have to come after some time for rubbing and when I went there today, they asked for Rs. 400 for that too Not only this, his very old craftsman with a lot of experience does not know that the water comes on the front or rear window, to clean the glass he should put both the levers upside down, water is coming on the rear glass from the front lever The moral of the incident is that these people do not know any work, the owner does not sit at the shop, they have employed a craftsman whose name is car washer of the shop but in his name these people repair cars and loot money in it by installing local parts whereas"
